Dave Peter

PRESIDENT

Dave started his construction career in 2001, and has since established himself as one of Atlanta's most respected adaptive reuse and mixed-use contractors as evidenced by his reputation within the development community.

Dave knows what makes projects tick. He brings a big picture, strategic perspective with the knowledge and understanding of on-site realities to guide successful tactics that achieve results. Dave utilizes his knack for creative problem solving and his background in architecture to produce cost effective solutions that don’t sacrifice design objectives and aspirations.

Catherine Bisson

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Catherine adds a depth of adaptive reuse expertise having spent her career focused on repurposing Atlanta's iconic warehouses and the rehabilitation and preservation of existing buildings. Catherine is responsible for overseeing complex construction projects, showcasing her ability to both embrace and find opportunities in the challenges often presented by aging buildings. This affinity for embracing uniquities has proven valuable in proposing creative solutions to drive successful outcomes for her projects and clients. Catherine's key strengths lie in high level critical thinking across a wide range of project types. With a combined 13 years of facility management and construction management experience, she offers a unique end-user perspective to clients.

Mary Didier

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Mary brings a wealth of structural experience and a passion for community-driven projects. She is an Atlanta native with both a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Georgia Tech. Mary is an analytical thinker and creative problem-solver who is an incredible asset to every project team she is on.

Matt Bauer

PROJECT MANAGER

Matt has extensive project management experience and has managed a variety of construction projects from adaptive reuse to interior build-outs. Matt is an organized, perceptive, and communicative leader who executes projects at a high level of excellence. These strengths enable Matt to be a strong problem solver who works well with project teams to find solutions and achieve their expectations for every project he manages.

Greg Powell

SUPERINTENDENT

Greg started his construction career in 1980, and has tackled projects of all shapes and sizes across the southeast. He has a proven track record of completing projects on time and under budget, and is highly regarded by design teams and owners for being solutions-oriented in the field. Greg's diverse background allows him to be a strong team leader not only for subs, but also around the OAC table, and his ability to motivate others to achieve project goals never comes at the sacrifice of safety or quality.

Dan Powers

SUPERINTENDENT

Dan has a nearly 30-year record of success overseeing all phases of construction projects in some of our country’s biggest markets. His background in residential, multifamily, interior build outs, ground-up and adaptive reuse makes Dan an incredibly versatile team member to all projects he tackles. In addition to his field experience, he brings leadership, honesty, pride, a sense of humor and a proven history of on-time, on-budget, high-quality project completions.

Ivan Rouse

SUPERINTENDENT

Ivan’s extensive background in the industry as a tradesman, owner, owner’s rep and superintendent fuels his ability to see every project through the lenses of multiple stakeholders.  Backed by a human-first approach, he places high value in the relationships formed across the project team, as well as in the missions and success of his clients.  Prior to joining our team, Ivan operated his own renovation construction company that supported local nonprofits focused on elevating some of Atlanta’s most underserved populations.
